Running in Windows 10 build 15063.483 (as far as I could test) and on any non-100% screen scaling causes causes Shotty to be always scaled by Windows.

This glitches the resolution detection and, therefore, region cutting process of all capture modes (even fullscreen screenshots!), and if Windows sets the cursor beyond it's 100% size limit, Shotty won't respect that in it's screenshots, either.
However, the white and black boxes that appear behind windows while HQ screenshots are being made are actually properly set, for some reason.

It wouldn't be this much of an issue, if it weren't because a screen scaling of 200% is necessary on 4k displays, otherwise text, most importantly, is pretty much microscopic.

Would it be possible to make Shotty a DPI-aware app?
