Hi,
first of all I'd like to thank you for this amazing software - I absolutely love it! However, I've encountered a problem with capturing IE9 window with an opened webpage. The actual screenshot always contains "Your most popular sites" tab instead of currently shown webpage. I'm running 32bit IE9 on Windows 7 Ultimate 64bit.
Here is the captured screenshot:

I have never seen such a problem. And I use IE9, too, and have made several screenshots of it.

A similar problem occurs when I try to capture Visual Studio 2010 window.

I've just found out that this occurs only when my laptop has an external display connected. I have Lenovo ThinkPad W520 with nVidia Optimus enabled and when I undock the laptop (disconnect it from DisplayPort connected Dell U2410 screen) and try to capture the window, everything is fine. When the laptop is docked and the discrete GPU (nVidia Quadro 2000M) is active, the screenshot is corrupted. IE9 a VS2010 are GPU-accelerated applications, so maybe the issue is there - for example Visual Studio 2005 and MS Word 2010 captures fine even with an external screen connected.

Ok, this seems to be driver / graphics card releated to me.

I also use multiple monitors on my system (it's a cheap laptop. msi vr601 if you want to know it). But I have never had such a problem. And because of that it's almost impossible to me to fix that problem because I don't know what exactly went wrong. And I haven't enough money to buy systems where my applications won't work on. Sorry for that.

But maybe such problems are fixed with an upcoming driver update.

I think this is similar to my "tab" issue I reported earlier today.
